This bag-in-box targets food-service chains and food factories supplying raw materials. It covers 1L to 20L and suits jam, juice concentrate and milk base for tea shops, as well as sauces, liquid egg, cooking oil and syrup for central kitchens. The aseptic cap forms a sealed barrier after filling and works with hot-fill processes, so the product ships and stores at ambient temperature with no cold chain.
The inner bag is a multi-layer co-extruded high-barrier film with a stable oxygen and moisture barrier, and the cap's double-seal construction means an opened bag can be dispensed from repeatedly without affecting the remaining product. The wide-mouth cap supports high-speed filling and lets staff pour directly in store. Reinforced rounded corners survive drop testing at a full 20L.
The corrugated outer carton is printed in full colour with brand and product information and works as a display unit in store. Customisable: volume, cap type (aseptic or wide-mouth), barrier grade of the inner film, carton dimensions and printed layout. Customised from artwork or sample, with free sampling.
